Caliente Resort — overnight stay vs just the nightclub?

We're debating whether to book an overnight at Caliente or just go for the nightclub experience. The resort looks amazing but it's also not cheap. Is the overnight worth the splurge, or can we get the full experience by just attending the evening event?

Do the overnight at least once. The full Caliente experience is a 24-hour cycle that you can't replicate with just the nightclub:

Daytime (the best part): Clothing-optional pools, the lagoon, tiki bars serving frozen drinks, volleyball, and socializing with couples in the sunshine. This is where you make connections that pay off later at night.

Evening: Dinner at one of the on-site restaurants, pre-game drinks, then head to the nightclub area.

Night: The Playroom opens and the resort transitions from social to sexy. Having a room means you can invite couples back to a private space.

Morning: Walk-of-fame brunch where everyone swaps stories from the night before.

The overnight stay makes Caliente feel like a lifestyle vacation rather than just a club night. That said, the resort isn't cheap ($250-400/night for the nicer units), so if budget is tight, the nightclub-only option is still a great time. You just miss the daytime magic.

We did nightclub-only the first time and booked an overnight the second time. Night and day difference. The daytime pool scene at Caliente is honestly where the real fun happens. You're chatting with couples, getting comfortable, flirting in the sun — and by the time night rolls around, you already have connections established. Walking into the nightclub cold is a totally different (and harder) experience.
