We love Ybor City's nightlife and were wondering if any of the bars or clubs there host lifestyle events. Seems like the kind of neighborhood that would have something. Or do we have to go to the dedicated clubs outside of Ybor?

Ybor City itself doesn't have a dedicated lifestyle club, but the neighborhood's wild nightlife energy is why a lot of Tampa lifestyle couples start their evenings there before heading to Eyz Wide Shut (which is only about 10 minutes east on Adamo Drive). There are a few spots in Ybor that lifestyle people frequent:
- The Castle — A goth/industrial nightclub that attracts a very open-minded crowd. Not a lifestyle venue, but you'll meet kinky and sex-positive people there.
- Czar Bar — Another spot with a late-night alternative crowd.
- Various bars on 7th Avenue for pre-gaming.
The typical Tampa lifestyle Saturday goes like this: dinner and drinks on 7th Avenue in Ybor, then Uber over to Eyz Wide Shut around 10:30-11pm. It's the perfect combination because Ybor gets you in the mood with the energy and atmosphere, and then you take it to the next level at the club.

Ybor is great for pre-gaming but the lifestyle action is at the dedicated venues. That said, there are occasionally pop-up lifestyle meetups at bars in Ybor that are organized through lifestyle apps. They're off-premise (just socializing), but a good way to meet Tampa couples in a casual setting. Check the local lifestyle groups online for announcements.
